The following is a list of some journals that publish articles with the term  "eye movements" in them. The second column is the total number of these articles, the third is the number of citations to papers in that journal from the methodology book "Eye-tracking: a condensced guide to methods and measures". Since this quite recent publication surveyed the eye movements methodology literature to address a variety of methodology issues, it can be considered as a good indication of what portion of a journal's total eye movement based output is directed at questions of methodology, or propose new methodologies.

The table below demonstrates that eye movement based research appears in the context of an increasingly broad range of journals, aimed at widely varying audiences. It is a good starting point for the reader who wants to use eye movements for a particular application or in a particular research area.
